Registration Information
Individuals intending
to participate WORDS 05, including the general chairs, program chairs,
committees' members, invited speakers, presenters, and ordinary participants of
the workshop, whether presenting a paper or not, must register:

and registration fee:
Regular Registration: by 22th December, 2004
- IEEE member: 460 USD
- Non IEEE member: 570 USD
- Student Discount*: 200 USD
Late/On-Site Registration**: after 22th
December, 2004
- IEEE member: 560 USD
- Non IEEE member: 680 USD
The registration fee covers admission to all technical sessions, a copy of the temporary & a copy of the IEEE-published proceedings with all the regular papers and abstracts, lunch on each of the three days, a dinner banquet on 3rd February, an off-road tour on "Pink Jeep", <www.pinkjeeptours.com/> and all the coffee/tea breaks. For each additional participant for the "Pink Jeep" tour, $50 will be charged to cover the basic cost; For each additional dinner banquet, $50 will be charged.
*Note: A student must be an IEEE student member in order to register at the student rate. Student registration fee does not include the "Pink Jeep" tour. Invited papers may not be presented by students.
**Late/On-Site Registration
will be allowed only if pre-arrangement has been made with the General Chairs.
A paper will be dropped if its registration is not received by 22th December
2004 and no explicit arrangement was made.
